This Edsal 1001S Basic Adjustable Leg workbench has a 12 gauge, 1-3/4″ thick steel top and welded steel frame for strength, rigidity, and resistance to oil and cracking, an industrial gray powder coat finish for resistance to chipping and corrosion, and is suitable for use in industrial and manufacturing plants, classrooms, laboratories, and other work environments. The welded steel frame on this workbench has a 14 gauge top support and foot assembly, and ribbed 16 gauge legs for strength. The legs adjust in four 1″ increments for a workbench height of up to 34″, have 2″ wide feet with drilled holes for bolting the workbench to a floor surface, and knockouts for mounting electric outlets (not included). This workbench has a stringer on the back for stability, and measures 34 x 72 x 30 inches (H x W x D). (H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; D is depth, the horizontal distance from front to back.) It requires assembly; instructions and hardware are included, tools for assembly are not included.
